Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free? +
Your birthday data is always safe. If you downgrade, your calendar is trimmed to the 15-birthday limit (oldest entries archived), and premium features are disabled — but you can re-activate them any time.
Does the Family plan require everyone to have an account? +
The Family plan owner manages the calendar. Other family members can optionally create free accounts and be linked to the shared calendar, but it is not required.
How does the SMS reminder work? +
On Pro and Family plans, we send an SMS text to your mobile number before each birthday. You choose how many days in advance (1, 3, 7, or 14 days) from your reminder settings.
Is there a student or non-profit discount? +
Absolutely. We offer 50% off for verified students and registered non-profits. Reach out via our contact page with proof and we'll sort it out for you.
